Self-massage
There are very simple massages you can do yourself to relax after a long day of work. The hot tub is also a good option for self-massage, just let you massage pleasantly by the movement of water.

For years we present below, you do not need much: just a few tennis balls, a quiet and you both hands.
The stimulation of pressure points on the skull relax your entire body. The two main pressure points are located on the base of the skull on what is known as the occipital ridge. Applying pressure on these points guarantees a total relaxation.
How to find and apply pressure on these points? Nothing simpler. Put two tennis balls in a sock with a knot and close Lay on you back and put the sock behind your neck to ensure that the two balls reach the occipital bone, just above the hollow portion of the skull. Hold this position for 20 minutes and if you want, listen to relaxing music. The pressure on these points send messages of relaxation throughout the vertebral column and is very effective.
Facial massage
To massage your face you do not need to mixing. Just very gently touch your cheeks and temples using a very light pressure. Keep your hands on your face for a minute. The warmth of your hands relaxes the muscles and connective tissue, producing a very pleasant feeling of peace.
The massage of the jaw
Gently pull the ear outward and upward and then downward. Otherwise, apply pressure with your index finger on the soft side of the lobe where the ear attaches to your head. Press for a few seconds and then release. Change your ear. Repeat 10 or 15 times, alternating ear.
The massage of the torso
To take a little energy, rub the area above your kidneys, to waist level on the soft tissue. Apply friction circular and energetic. This movement provided the energy to the whole body.
Foot Massage
The foot massage is very relaxing. Apply the techniques presented below on your feet and repeat.
1. Sit on a chair and put one of your feet on the thigh. If you want to, use of oil massage on your foot. Apply pressure with your thumbs on the sole of the foot, starting from the heel to the tip of the toe. Repeat five times.
2. With the fist apply pressure with your knuckles on the lower part of your foot, ranging from heel to toes. Repeat five times.
3. Gently massage and stretch upwards and outwards each of your toes. After, apply pressure between the toes.
Four. Take your toes in your hand and stretch them back for five or ten seconds. Then stretch them forward for five or ten seconds. Repeat three times.
5. Apply pressure and roll your thumbs between the bones of your forefoot.
